A fun place to party and a great free show!
Senor Frog's is a relatively new place on the Las Vegas Strip at the Ti Casino Resort. Treasure Island hosts many good restaurants, bars, saloons and night clubs. The atmosphere of the Treasure Island Casino has become more relaxed, casual and fun. Ti has turned into a great modern Las Vegas destination that is easy to like. The owner, Phil Ruffin, played a major part in the changes that kept the Ti Casino competitive in the modern Las Vegas market. The Ti is more fun and customer friendly now, than it has ever been!
If you are looking for a fun Mexican resort style party atmosphere, then Senor Frog's is the place to go! The atmosphere is like the great spring break party destinations of Mexico. There are several bars and dining areas at Senor Frog's. On my visit, a huge karaoke party with a DJ was going on in the main bar. The crowd was wild, loud and fun! Some of the bar and dining areas overlook the lagoon where the Sirens of Ti show is performed. A party atmosphere, good food and watching the Sirens of Ti is a great way to spend the evening in Las Vegas!
The food at Senor Frog's is equally as fun and exciting as the atmosphere. Plates are sauced with modern designs and presentations are meant to be fun. This is modern fun Mexican food at its best! Traditional Mexican food with a flair is offered. Sandwiches, burger and sliders are on the menu. Wings and finger food for the party crowd! Seafood and steaks with nice preparations are available for the sit down dinner clientele. Senor Frog's has a good well rounded fun menu.
I had already eaten lunch at Gilley's in Treasure Island and I planned on having a dessert at Senor Frog's. Senor Frog's had an item on their dessert menu that I have not had since I lived in Florida. Key Lime Pie! The other dessert menu items were tempting. The Molten Brownie was what I originally intended to get on my visit, but the Key Lime Pie bell was ringing loud. "Go for it!"
The bar that I sat in had one of the most interesting ceilings that I have ever seen! The view was like being a frog under water looking up at people floating on inner tubes. Bottoms, feet and inner tubes were the view when looking up at this bar in Senor Frog's! Some butts were bare ass naked, some were clad in trunks and some dawned butt floss. It was a fun variety of floating inner tube butts and feet to look at! I really liked the frog's eye view!
The bartender was nice and the bar was well stocked with popular party liquors. Collectible frozen drink cups with Senor Frog designs came with the frozen drinks. Las Vegas Strip party people like frozen drinks in the summer. I tossed a few bucks into the poker machine and had no luck. A pair of deuces was about as good as I could do, but gambling a few dollars is still good entertainment in itself.
The Key Lime Pie at Senor Frog's was really tasty and presented nicely! The cherry fell off of the whipped cream garnish, so I fixed that for one of the photos. Ha! Ha! Ha! Once a chef, always a chef! The key lime pie was every bit as good as the best key lime pies in Florida. I liked the slice of pie!
I highly recommend Senor Frog's for visitors of Las Vegas, locals and party animals! Senor Frog's is a fun place that offers more than just a part atmosphere. The food and drink creations are great!
The Sirens of Ti is one of longest running shows in Las Vegas. The award winning choreographer constantly improves the show. The dance routines are marvelous to see. The battle between the Sirens and the marauding pirate ship full of men is exciting! Canons booming, explosions, fire and men abandoning the sinking ship are part of the show. It is like being at a Hollywood movie as it is filmed! There are VIP viewing areas for guests of the resort and the view from Senor Frog's id center stage. The best part about the Sirens of Ti show is that this show is free!
When in Las Vegas, seeing the Sirens of Ti is a must do! The party atmosphere, drinks and great food at Senor Frog's is guaranteed to be totally Vegas fun! Yum! ... Shawna
